MODULE AIMThis RPM module aims to provide workers with knowledge and strategies to support people exploring and managing their thinking patterns when changing their relationship to AOD. 
LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of this module, learners will be able to:

  • explain the role of thinking for someone changing their relationship to AOD 
  • identify common types of thinking related to relapse prevention and management
  • use strategies to support people to cultivate helpful ways of thinking and to manage less helpful ways of thinking
  • identify resources to continue learning in this area.
